Project Health

Hyperledger Bevel continues to grow strong in terms of community interest . It has a diverse global community with contributors from multiple organizations and geographies.

The project community participation has improved a bit from the last quarter. We have seen new issues and pull requests created by non-maintainers . New discord users joining and asking questions on the Bevel channel.

The project plannings have active maintainers and contributor participation.

  1. Fabric multiple chaincode option demo
  2. Added support for deployment on Kubernetes v1.20+
  3. Added operation to refresh certificate in HL Fabric platform
  4. Ambassador chart upgrade
  5. Added Operation to attach CLI to already running peer node

Current Plans

  1. Documentation and platforms updates and improvements.
  2. Enable external chaincode as a service
  3. HAProxy upgrade
  4. HL Besu and supplychain ref. app integration
  5. Enable all platforms network communication over tls
  6. Discuss and plan for Bevel v1.0 (Bevel redesign)
